A lightweight and durable alternative to traditional earthenware planters while still similar in appearance, fibre clay is perfectly suited to outdoor use. This fantastic material is pleasingly thick and more resistant to damage, yet easier to handle. It’s also frost-resistant to help it withstand the famous British weather all year round. Every weatherproof planter is fitted with a drainage hole to prevent over-watering during rainfall.

Furniture Items

For large and heavy items these are sent via a 2 man service and are excluded from free delivery and upgraded delivery options.

The delivery costs will vary depending on the size of the furniture ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched with us BJS Delivery service will contact you directly to arrange a shipping date.

*If you fail to arrange your delivery with BJS a failed delivery fee is applicable for 2man deliveries, this cost will be between £80-£120 depending on the size of the items purchased.

To avoid failed deliveries please provide a current phone number where you can be reached.

Please note we currently only deliver to UK Mainland for items that are not defined as furniture.

We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund within up to 28 days of receiving the order. We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason.

Simply follow the instructions below to return an item:

• You can return all or part of your order to us for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item you will receive a free returns service and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products which have been personalised.
