Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect
We'll always put this right. Contact our Customer Services team within 28 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. You don't need the original packaging to qualify, though returning it where you can helps us process things faster.
If you've changed your mind
You can return any non-personalised item within 28 days for a full refund. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition, and
- Returned complete and in their original packaging.
Please take care when checking items. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the item.
Items we can't accept
Personalised products can't be returned unless they're faulty or incorrect.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Services Team with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll help straight away.
To return your item to Dibor, please post your item back to the Dibor Returns Department within 28 days of receiving your order. Please also include your name and order number if possible to ensure prompt processing of your returned package.
