Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund up to 28 days of receiving the order.

We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason. Simply follow the instructions below to return an item:

- You can return all or part of your order to us for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item you will receive a free returns service and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.

- Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products which have been personalised.

To return your item to Dibor, please post your item back to the Dibor Returns Department within 28 days of receiving your order. Please also include your name and order number if possible to ensure prompt processing of your returned package.
