Products amazing but website is not!

"I placed a large order and am delighted with the product quality (exceeded my expectations)! However I was disappointed the website would not accept my welcome 10% discount and a week later I went to place another large order but gave up because you had a 20% off discount code promoted on the site but it wouldn't accept it at checkout to reduce the balance and I got so frustrated (tried it several times) that I decided not to place the order :/"

"The wreath is very pretty but was poorly packaged in a thin paper and put in the box on top of the basket i bought in the same order. Some of the wood swirls were broken and loose inside the box. Disappointing."
