Large and heavy items are sent by a 2-man delivery service and are excluded from free delivery and express options. The delivery charge depends on the item and is shown at checkout:

  • Wicker, Nemours Café, Loire Linen and Loire Rattan Back dining chair sets - £10 per set, 3 to 5 working days
  • Other dining chairs - from £10
  • Garden furniture, benches and bistro sets - from £10
  • Small furniture - from £30
  • Garden tables - from £50
  • Sofa sets - from £80
  • Extra-large furniture - £130
  • Saturday 2-man delivery - £50

Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partner BJS will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date, so please provide a phone number you can be reached on.

*If a delivery date is not arranged with BJS, a failed delivery fee of £80 to £120 applies depending on the size of the items purchased.
