Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect
We'll always put this right. Contact our Customer Services team within 28 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. You don't need the original packaging to qualify, though returning it where you can helps us process things faster.

Once a claim is open, please send the photos we've asked for within 14 days. This helps us sort things out quickly for you. If we don't receive the requested photographic evidence within 14 days of opening the claim, we'll have to close it, and we won't be able to offer a refund or replacement for that issue.

If you've changed your mind

You can return any non-personalised item within 28 days for a full refund. To qualify, items must be as follows.

- Unused and in their original condition, and
- Returned complete and in their original packaging.

Please take care when checking items. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the item.

Items we can't accept

Personalised products can't be returned unless they're faulty or incorrect.

How to return

Post your item to our Returns Department within 28 days, including your name and order number. The address is below.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Services Team with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll help straight away. Please send any photos we request within 14 days of opening your claim, as claims left without the requested evidence for longer than 14 days will be closed.
