Christmas taken outdoors and brought back in. Emerald velvet and soft sage set against cream and gold, with snowy woodland scenes on the table and gilded foliage on the walls.

Start with a real green base, add a gilded mirror or two and keep the tableware quiet so the greens carry the room. It is the easiest of the five to live with once the decorations come down.
