Free Standard Delivery for orders £50 and over.

We are closed from 23rd December - 2nd January and all order placed during this period will be despatched from 2nd January 2025

Upgraded Delivery - £15 - Next working Day*
*Orders must placed before 2PM Monday - Friday
*For non-personalised or Large items such as furniture

The courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location

Free delivery is not available outside the mainland UK.

Returns Policy

We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund within up to 28 days of receiving the order. We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason.

Simply follow the instructions below to return an item:

• You can return all or part of your order to us for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item you will receive a free returns service and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products which have been personalised.
• In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order please call 08004080660 or email customerservices@dibor.co.uk with a picture of the damage and the order number and we will provide further assistance.
