All duties and taxes for EU countries are pre-paid up to a value of €150 per parcel.

For orders exceeding 20kg in weight, a charge of up to €49.99 applies, and items may be dispatched in separate or multiple parcels to help reduce costs.

Please note that furniture items are not available for delivery in the EU.

We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund within up to 28 days of receiving the order. We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason.

Simply follow the instructions below to return an item:

• You can return all or part of your order to us for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item you will receive a free returns service and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for products which have been personalised.
