"Bella Perle Glass Cake Stand & Dome was purchased as a colleagues retirement gift. The glass dome had flaws in the glass and a replacement was requested. Despite several times being promised the despatch of a replacement it took a number of calls, emails and an Instagram direct message before the replacement was sent."

Beautiful!

"I received the cake stand and glass dome which is beautiful. However, had to return the glass dome as there was a bubble fault in the glass and I was afraid this would affect the integrity of the dome. No problem with customer services in replacing it, link sent by email to return via Royal Mail which was picked up at my door. However, I was told a replacement would be sent out straight away as it was needed in time for Christmas. Had to chase customer services again but it arrived Christmas Eve so I was really pleased with the service of both customer service and Royal Mail. Love this site, unusual items for gifts."
