"The loveliest urn with such pretty colours. Looks stunning. However, my one gripe is it took two deliveries to get it! The company were great with dealing with the replacement as the first came damaged, but I feel that more time and effort should have been spent on packing. One sheet of bubble wrap and a cardboard box don’t make a pottery vase safe! I will have to think carefully if I choose to order delicate pottery items again."
