The table is where Christmas actually happens. Our festive tableware is chosen to be brought down from the shelf each December and put away again in January, from stoneware dinner plates and serving bowls to glassware and linen. Quietly patterned, comfortably heavy, made for a table that stays full all afternoon.
How many people does a dinner set serve?
Our 12 piece sets lay the table for four, with four dinner plates, four side plates and four bowls. The 18 piece Grey Stag set serves six. If you are feeding more, the stag plates, bowls and mugs are also sold in sets of two to twelve, so you can build the exact number you need.
Can the plates go in the dishwasher and the microwave?
Our stoneware, including the stag ranges, Snowy Forest and the white snowflake pieces, is both microwave and dishwasher safe. Our Fern Leaf and Botanic coloured glasses are dishwasher safe. Each product page says what applies to that piece.
What size are the plates?
Dinner plates are 27 cm across, side plates 20.5 cm and bowls about 14 cm across and 7.5 cm deep, which is a generous Christmas dinner size. The sizes of every piece are on each product page.
Can I add to a set later?
Yes. Our stag stoneware sells as full sets and as separate plates, bowls and mugs, and the Snowy Forest set has matching dinner plates, bowls and mugs sold on their own. Bella Perle glass is sold piece by piece, from side plates to serving platters, so you can add to it any Christmas.
What is the tableware made of?
The patterned sets are stoneware, finished by hand under a thick treacle gloss glaze, so the colour sits deep and the pieces feel comfortably heavy. Bella Perle is hand blown toughened glass with a beaded edge. The Fern Leaf and Botanic glasses are embossed coloured glass.

When will it arrive, and can I return it?
Standard delivery is £5.95 and free on orders over £100, which most dinner sets reach on their own. Order by Sunday 20 December for standard delivery before Christmas, or choose next working day delivery on orders placed before 2pm up to Wednesday 23 December. Everything on this page can be returned within 28 days.
