Beautiful products but quality of craftsmanship has gone down

"bought a rose wreath for Christmas last year through Next and was so impressed that I ended up buying another wreath and two garlands directly from Dibor. Apart from a delayed delivery, I was very pleased with all of my purchases, so I was excited to buy an autumn wreath this year. Unfortunately, the quality of the craftsmanship seems to have declined. This wreath feels much more rushed than my previous purchases. Several of the leaves had snapped, some were attached the wrong way round, and a number of the bamboo sticks used to hold the arrangement together had not been trimmed properly, making them very visible even from a distance. There were also several broken or detached pieces loose in the box. It is particularly disappointing because my previous purchases were so beautifully made. I appreciate that Dibor may have become more popular and is dealing with increased demand, but I hope this does not come at the expense of the attention to detail and craftsmanship that made their products stand out in the first place."

"Stunning wreath. Nothing plastic. Excellent quality. Just disappointed that it can't just go outside on the door as it has to be brought in if the weather is bad and the dye may run in the rain. That information wasn't mentioned in the marketing material - I bought it for my front door. It's currently in my kitchen."
