Vintage Zinc Heart Flower Planter

Made from galvanised zinc with a chalkboard love heart design, this rustic styled flower pot planter brings an extra touch of life to the room, whether on the kitchen windowsill, the mantelpiece or the coffee table.

Chalk the name of your plant or herb on the heart, or write a short message to suit the season. Fill it with spring bulbs, summer blooms, autumn heathers or a trailing houseplant to bring colour to every season.
