Beautiful items

"I bought some Christmas centrepieces from Dibor & they arrived beautifully packaged. You could see that a lot of care was taken when putting the items together. The candle centrepieces looked great on my table. They’re high quality and I’d recommend them highly. I’ve seen similar items elsewhere that are quite flimsy, the Dibor ones are sturdy and well made. Very happy with my purchase and I’m sure I’ll buy from Dibor again in the future."

Christmas Gift

"I wasn't very satisfied with this company's customer service. I had ordered two small tealight wreaths and a large tealight centrepiece wreath for my friend as a Christmas present . After roughly two weeks I did not receive any emails about my order or it's status of whether it had been dispatched. Therefore, I called three times in a week for any information regarding the status update. The two small tealight wreaths weren't in stock and after customer service spoke with the warehouse manager they then were able to dispatch my order. I wasn't offered any sort of compensation or discount for future purchases even though my mother had bought many items from them previously. I expected more from this company after it was recommended so well. However I won't be ordering from them again as it was a huge let down for the Christmas gift to be delayed so far into the holiday period and to have one item be gifted to my friend after I had ordered three in total to make a set."
