"I was given a couple Dibor stocking holders for Christmas & liked them so much, I decided to get some to give as presents for next Christmas too, by which time they were in the sale so even better! The site seems to have some unique items but still a good price. Unfortunately they initially sent a black velvet stocking instead of a red one, However, after contacting the site by email, I had a really prompt reply with an apology, & they immediately sent me out the correct [red] colour, with a note stating there was no need to return the incorrect item!
