Orders & Delivery
We offer a range of delivery options designed to suit different needs:
- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.95
- Free standard delivery on orders over £80
- Next working day delivery (order before 2pm) - £9.99
- Saturday delivery options - £16
- Pre-1pm guaranteed delivery for urgent orders - £17
Furniture Items
For large and heavy items these are sent via a 2 man service and are excluded from free delivery and upgraded delivery options.
The delivery costs will vary depending on the size of the furniture ordered.
Small furniture: Prices range from £10 - £30
2 Man Delivery Prices - large furniture: £130
- Once your order has been dispatched with us BJS Delivery service will contact you directly to arrange a shipping date.
Most standard orders arrive within 2–3 working days, although during busy seasonal periods this may extend slightly. Personalised items require additional time and may take up to 4–5 working days.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Yes - we offer free standard delivery on orders over £80 to mainland UK addresses. This excludes furniture and oversized items, which require specialist handling.
Furniture and large items are delivered via a two-person delivery service, ensuring safe handling and placement.
- Small furniture delivery: approx. £30
- Large furniture delivery: up to £130
You will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to missed arrangements, a failed delivery fee (£80–£120) may apply. To avoid this, we recommend ensuring your contact details are correct and responding promptly to courier scheduling requests.
Yes - our 1-Year Unlimited Delivery Plan (£49.99) allows you to enjoy express delivery on eligible orders throughout the year.
This is ideal for frequent shoppers or those purchasing seasonal items. A fair usage policy applies (up to 5 delivery addresses).
We currently deliver within the UK. Limited EU delivery options may become available for smaller items in the future. However furniture is not eligible for international delivery.
