Returns & Refunds
We offer a 28-day returns policy, allowing you to return items for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
Items should be returned:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
This ensures we can process your refund quickly and fairly.
Returns are free if:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was sent
For all other returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This is because they are made specifically for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly and usually returned within a few working days via your original payment method.
